A Boy And A Girl Get Picked From Every District. The Hunger Games Is Where All 24 Tributes Get An Arena & Kill Each Other. The Tributes Have To Be Between The Ages Of 12 &18 So, Katniss Is 16 & Prim Is Only12. Katniss & A Boy Named Peeta Got Picked From District 12.
